At LEMAIRE, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.

Initiate Request

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

Prepare Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective bags are included to maintain the product's integrity.

Ship Items

Affix the shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Verification & Refund

Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
